MotoGP Bharat: India To Host Its First Ever International Grand Prixणेश

Get ready to rev up your engines as the first ever MotoGP Grand Prix is now in India. Yes, you read it right. For the first time, India is all set to host one of the biggest international motorcycle championships at the Buddh International Circuit, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

MotoGP Bharat is about to take place from September 22 to 24. The Buddh International Circuit has made the call to organize the country’s first MotoGP race. For racing aficionados, this three-day motorsports extravaganza delivers fast-paced action and heart-pounding thrill. After hosting the Indian Grand Prix (F1) from 2011 to 2013, this event heralds the return of high-profile international racing activity to the Buddh International Circuit. The energy giant Indian Oils has taken the sponsorship of this edition of MotoGP. The iconic event is the 13th leg of the ongoing 2023 season of MotoGP with brands like KTM India, Ducati India, Honda Racing India, Yamaha Motor India, and Aprilia India listed as industry partners.

The 5.15-kilometre-long Buddh International Circuit was constructed in 2010. From 2011 to 2013, the track staged Formula One races before ceasing operations owing to financial difficulties. To make the course acceptable for the MotoGP event, modifications have been made. Coordinated by FairStreet Sports in a joint effort with Dorna Sports, the IndianOil Great Prix of India vows to be an outright exhilarating scene with 41 groups and 82 riders taking part in the MotoGP™, Moto2, and Moto3 classes, highlighting prestigious names like Francesco Bagnaia, Marc Marquez, Marco Bezzecchi, Brad Fastener, Jack Mill operator, and Jorge Martin. Following the purchase of tickets on Bookmyshow, spectators may view the event from the venue. Prices range from Rs 800 to Rs 1.8 lakh for tickets, depending on the stands and the perspective of the track. In June 2023, tickets went on sale, but they're still available. Rs 2,500, Rs 6,000, Rs 8,000, Rs 15,000, Rs 25,000, Rs 30,000, Rs 40,000, and Rs 1,80,000 are the pricing categories that are still open for reservations.
